RIB FM App HelpDesk is the perfect mobile supplement for RIB FM - with a range of use from Facilities Management / CAFM / IWMS / CMMS, Property Management to Real-Estate Management.
RIB FM HelpDesk has a direct interface to your existing RIB FM installation and is able to process transactions, maintenance management or fault messages. The app is able to record any type of e.g. technical breakdowns or requests to your internal HelpDesk, capture photos and much more.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The app is available for several platforms. The prerequisite is a licensed web service and a current iTWO fm server. The web service can be used for all platforms.
